Doorashada Kiiniya, Duruus Ugu Filan Somaliland


Ma fududa, marka la joogo dunidda Saddexaad ah, gaar ahaan dal Afrikaan ah, in madaxweyne xilka ku fadhiya, doorasho looga adkaado. Doorashadii ‘natiijadeeda la laaley’ ee dalka Kiiniya, ayaa ahayd mid ka mid ah doorashooyinkii ugu xiisaha iyo xallad badnaa ee ka qabsooma qaaradda Afrika, haddii aanay ahaynba tii ugu mudnayd dhawaanahan.

Qaraarkii ay Maxkamadda Sare ee Dalka Kiiniya soo saartay 1dii September, waxa ay markhaati nool u tahay in dimquraadiyadii ‘laxashka’ saarnayd ee Kiiniya ay dib u soo noolatay. Garsoorka Kiiniya wuu dhawaaqay, dhawaaq ka duwan kuwii  hore looga bartay. Cod dheer wuxuu ku sheegay: “Doorasho ‘khaladaad wadata’ uma dulqaadanayno mar danbe.”

Guddoomiyaha Maxkamadda Sarre ee Kiiniya, David Maraga, wuxuu muujiyey madaxbannaanida iyo awoodda xilka loo igmaday.  Khamiistii hore, ee todobaadkii la soo dhaafay, ayuu warbaahinta horteeda, wacad ku maraya in aan garsoorkiisu noqon doonin mid lagu majara habaabiyo laalush, oo cid gaar ah, danno gaar ah loogu fuliyo.

Go’aankii Maxkamaddu ay gaadhay wuxu soo jiitay indhaha beesha caalamka. Waana markii ugu horaysay ee dal Afrikaan ah natiijadii doorashada madaxtinimo dib looga laabto. Maxay Somaliland Ka Baran Kartaa?

Doorashada Kiiniya iyo ta Somaliland waxa ay ka siman yihiin waxyaabo badan.  Ta ugu muhiimsan baa se ah in  codbixiyayaasha la diiwaangeliyey. Ula-jeedka diiwaangelinta codbixiyaashuna waa in muwaadinku codeeyo, tirada rasmiga ah ee codaynaysa la sugo, lagana hortago in codbixiyuhu helo fursad ka badan ta uu xaq u leeyahay ee ah: inuu hal mar codeeyo.

Taas waxa dheer, in hababka ay ololaha u galaan yihiin kuwo reeraha laysku soofeeyo, oo si baalmarsan shuruucda dhigan, tartan qaawan oo qabiiladu jilayaan laysku waajaho. Waanna ifafaale xun oo muujinaysa kala qaybsanaan-bulsheed iyo garasho-siyaasadeed oo hoosaysa.

Waa isla arrintaas ta keentay in doorashooyinkii Kiiniya ee 2013, dhiig badan ku daato oo in ka badan 1200 qofna loo dilo aanno qabiil oo doorashooyinka ku lug leh. Kiiniya  waxa is-diiwaangeliyey 16.9 Malyuun oo codbixiye, halka Somaliland la qiyaasiyo in ay is-diiwaangeliyaan Nus Malyuun ruux. Guntii iyo gebogebadii, Somaliland waxa ay maraysaa marxalad kala-guur. Tijaabo adag baa se hortaal Guddida Doorashooyinka JSL oo laga wada dhursugayo sida ay uga dabaalan doonaan billaha fooda inagu soo haya.
